We invite you to read the report that summarizes the Integrity Pact pilot in Poland. The Observer share its’ expierences from carrying out the monitoring. The authors present the methodology of observation, describe their relations with the parties to the Integrity Pact and discuss the biggest problems encountered in the implementation of the investment „Works on the railway line No. 1, Częstochowa-Zawiercie section”. The publication also includes systematic recommendations regarding the public procurement market and the implementation of the Integrity Pact. Information and educational activities carried out by the Batory Foundation as part of the pilot program were also described.
