A report The Integrity Pact. A Civil Society Monitoring of Public Projects.
Designing an Integrity Pact and the Contractor Selection on the first stage of the integrity pact has been published. It describes the process of creating the pact and the process of selecting the contractor from the perspective of civil soiety observer.
Authors of the publication propose solutions that could popularize such a tool as the integrity pact, as well as improve the system of public procurement. They also confront their own conclusions and arrangements regarding the monitored contract with the perspective of contractors participating in the implementation of monitored investment and other contracts on the railway market. The report presents conclusions from anonymous interviews.
